I see a shop along Santolan near Ortigas (across Kartek) that services Euro cars... i see late model BMW's outside. Maybe you could try check them out.

We also used to bring our beemer (before we sold it) to a shop on the side street near Servitek Timog. The guy know his stuff IMO.

e36speeder, how does one join the BMW Club of the Phils.? Are members into customizing their rides? I have an E36 320i which I plan to sell last year. however, since brand new ones are quite pricey, i instead decided not to sell and just customize it (performance and looks).

Aside from that we have events such as car shows, meetings, F1 viewings, race clinics, track days, technical discussions, and a wide variety of events such as car launches, etc.. Soon we'll have an even bigger variety of events such as karting days, fun runs with other clubs (which we're actually doing now).

I'd also like to add that the membership fee isn't really a fee since you're paying for the things that come back to you, and what we do as a club, such as have shirts made, car badges, stickers, etc.

In the end we're not here to make a profit but make our members happy :D

The auto shop being located in Santolan which has a lot of Beemers outside is called Seyer Injection specialists. They are a german car only auto shop. They have the most current computer equipment that will rival Prestige and Cats. I have tried them before for my Benz. They are good, thorough, and reasonable. I used to have their number but lost it na when I sold the benz

anybody here tried Automechanica along industriya road in libis? i always see them advertise in C! Magazine and claims to specialize in euro cars.

in my case, i go to prestige in libis only because i have a good service advisor there. however, i would also like to try some non-casa shops for minor repairs. for major repairs, it is prudent to go to the casa.

for painting, try ULTRA in Makati or ALEX in Quezon City. both are certainly much much better than casa.

Now, they service na rin. My dad said the owner ppiarted the people from prestige rin, so they are trained and they know what their doing. Just my pov...

I passed by Automekanika before to get a quote on the E36 foglights... pricey.

Saw them working ona c ouple of Ferraris there... i'd really hate to get stuck with the repair bill for that (they were doing somthing on the tranny i think). 8O

hey vinj, i emailed ernie already regarding my brembo brakes but have not yet gotten any response. do you have his cell number?

i'll check out top gear and automechanika this weekend if they can do it. i might as well have the brake lines changed too to stainless steel.

btw, i already got the mosselman turbo. the owner, willy mosselman, was able to give me a special price for this one (less 35% his list price).
