Transfer case housing leak

Patulong naman po.

May nakapagparepair na ba sa inyo ng transfer case/transmission housing leak? Yung sakin kasi tumutulo pero everytime na pinapacheck ko puno pa naman yung oil.

Sabi ng mechanic before kailangan ko na daw ipabukas yung housing para mapalitan ang mga seals sa loob. The leak is coming from the top kasi facing the housing lying on the floor.

While at it, papapalitan ko na rin ang rear crankase o seal ko kasi may signs of leak na rin. How much kaya aabutin and gaano katagal?

i'm not sure dun sa price pare, pero most likely half a day or more ang maaaksaya mo dyan kasi sa ilalim ang gagawin. tapos after the mechanic dismounts the transfer case, bubuksan naman mismo yung gearbox. malamang, baka ipaiwan na lang ng mechanic yung auto

baka sobra lang sa gear oil. baka hindi lang half day abutin yan.

Kamusta bro? Ok sana kung halfday lang pero I think its not worth it kung ipapaiwan ang auto. I'll observe nalang muna.

OT: Sa monday pa magbubukas sila Big Berts, may alam ka ba iba pang carwash station na ok near our area?

OT: Yup natuloy maarat. Kasama ko GF ko tapos si nelson nagsama 2 other friends. Kumain kami kila ka Vergel tapos we left around 2pm. Sarap dun kahit tanghaling tapat hindi mainit.

ok naman, enjoying the holidays. i don't know any other car wash shop e, i totally rely on big bert's kasi. tsaka pag holidays, i clean our cars myself, it's a good diversion from court litigation

Sa Pajero binaba yung transmission and transfer case para palitan yung seal. If I remember right, it was a big seal surrounding the whole circumference of the transfer case housing. Kung hindi lang nagtulo sa garahe, hindi ipapagawa yun.

Kung namamawis lang or namamasa sa edges, ok lang muna siguro.
