Can you tell me if I need to have my tires checked?

Last night, I had all tires inflated to 32 PSI.

One tire (left front) was only measured 24 PSI before it got inflated. This was significantly lower compared to the 3 tires which measured 29 PSI.

Common sense tells me I need to have it replaced by the spare tire and have it checked.

If yes, where is the best place to get it checked? Any trusted shops you can recommend in Mandaluyong?
    parehas tayo....
i have four new tires, kaka pahangin ko lang 30PSI then yung isa sa kanang likod

No need to re-balance after vulcanizing

Yes, bofeor dismounting the tyre, what the tireman would do is mark the exact spot on where the tyre valve is located. Upon tyre mounting, he will just position the tyre valve on that mark.

Wheel balance would still be ok, IMHO.

servitek is ok. i recommend it because it is very visible. but in truth, any decent shop with a tire-changing machine can do it. just ask how much beforehand. it should not cost more than 150-200 bucks per patch, depending on sosyal factor. kung "rim lang naman" ay baka 100 kesos. kung pito... medyo malaki ang range ng presyo ng pito, e...

Thanks

Replace your valve core or replace the whole tire valve stem
