Tansmission oil

Saan po ba pwede mag papalit ng transmission oil? i was told sa mga gas station lang raw pwede na yun? May mga oil na rin ba sila for that? And mga how much kaya ang gastos for that change of oil?

had my tranny oil change kina Chieffy (Marc Caltex, Pedro Gil), mura lang yan.

Next weekend pa change oil ako kina Chieffy sabay ko na ulit ang tranny oil change.

How often do you change your tranny oil sir artpogi? Manual or auto tranny ba ang ride mo? 1 kind of tranny oil lang ba for all? Or meron rin bang mga variants yan (for gas, diesel, m/t, a/t, mineral, fully synth, etc.)? Sorry ha, talagang no experience ako dyan...

A/T kasi ride ko, and feeling ko kailangan ko na rin ng change tranny oil. Hindi ko pa na-smell yung dip stick though, as advised by others...

normally the tranny oil change interval is specified in the owners handbook, pero meron nagsasabi around between 25K to 50K dapat for Manual tranny. Sa Auto Tranny I have no idea kasi wala akong A/T car.

The gas stations (particularly sina Chieffy) ay meron table or spec guide as to what type of tranny oil is suited for your ride.

My ride's a Corolla '94 Gli A/T. Just had an oil change yesterday as well as ATF change. I usual have both changed every 5T km. For the engine oil, I use Mobil 1 Synthetic 20W50, that's about P450 per liter. For the ATF, Castrol Dexron III P125 per liter and about 4 1/2 liters. Be sure to check your transmission filter as well especially if it's been a long time since you had yours changed. Check it and have it replaced just like you do when you get an engine oil change.

i just had my ATF changed last month and may transmission filter pala yan? my ride kasi is a 97 accord and wala namang sinabi yung technician sa gas station abt that. can anyone please verify this?

I'm just not sure about the other cars. Mine's a corolla. When I first had an ATF change, la rin nabanggit sa akin yung mga mechanics ng Shell, they just replaced the ATF. Yung last mechanic ko nilinis pa yung Transmission filter and that's when I found out na meron pala talaga syang filter.
