Gusto ko lang mabawasan itong body roll ng Hyundai Matrix ko sa cornering. Wala talaga syang stabilizer bars kaya wala akong makukuha sa casa. Kailangan pa bang paggawa pa ako ng pasadya o madali na lang itong hanapan ng tamang sukat? Saan ba makakabili ng maganda?

It's hard to custom fabricate anti-roll bars... there's a proper length and thickness that you need to consider in order to provide proper anti-roll function... too stiff and you'll have a very twitchy vehicle that rides badly, too soft and you might as well not have one at all. Do you really want to prototype half-a-dozen bars looking for the right one?
Strut-tower bars are easier to make... the only requirement for STBs is that they link the strut towers solidly. As the Matrix doesn't have a firewall between the two rear strut-towers like sedans do, this might help... depending on how high up into the car the struts go... but not as much as a stabilizer... and you might have to cut some sheet metal and will definitely have to cut the covers over the shocks.
See if you can upgrade your shocks and springs... this will help immensely without resorting to cutting.
