Alam ko payag... i havent encountered a Nissan CASA that has opposed bringing in your own parts (unless your name is Tulfo :P). BTW, some SR20 guys say that engine likes lower visco oil. I just don't know about the leaks it may cause given the car is already relatively aged.

When i want imported synth, semi synth and energy saving oils, i usually get at True Value. Prices are quite good.

Since di-pa natin ma lakad yung CONSULT check with NGQA, pa-sama mo na with Mantrade when you go for service... libre na yan dapat.

Yung high mileage oils is for engines na mataas na ang mileage..... not for extended change intervals :-)

Yup, change interval is still the same... the intent is more for older/high mileage engines with more wear and tear.

I wish we have a used oil analysis (UOA) facility here locally so we can check performance of oil we're using.
