Yung high mileage oils is for engines na mataas na ang mileage..... not for extended change intervals :-)

Yup, change interval is still the same... the intent is more for older/high mileage engines with more wear and tear.

I thought it was hihg visco only but when i checked out True Value earlier today, they have both low and high visco (Valvoline Max Life).
