Yung high mileage oils is for engines na mataas na ang mileage..... not for extended change intervals :-)

Yup, change interval is still the same... the intent is more for older/high mileage engines with more wear and tear.

I thought it was hihg visco only but when i checked out True Value earlier today, they have both low and high visco (Valvoline Max Life).

may added ingredients daw yung oil compared to regular oil as to what that is, i actually dont know.
