    Where can I buy this locally? I've already scoured local Shell gas stations and hardware stores but couldn't find any.

    AFAIK not available locally. Shell Phils only carries 20w50 dino, 10w40 semi synth and 5w40 synthetic.

    If you need 5w30 synthetic try Caltex havoline Energy, Motul or Royal Purple
