Ringing/Buzzing Sound from the Engine Bay

hi mga sir,

ask ko lang if anyone has experienced a strange ringing/buzzing sound coming from the engine bay? when you rev the engine in neutral mas lumalakas yung sound nya parang bell ng bicycle. pag naka idle no noise naman.

what make, model and year of the car? are there pulleys made of pressed tempered steel? is the radiator fan made of metal? today's cars use serpentine belts to reduce weight by using only one accessory belt to drive the p/s pump, altlernator, a/c compressor and sometimes the water pump. most of these pulleys make a bell ringing sound when struck
