How much is the labor rate for replacing CV joint boots nowadays? Inner and outer yung papalitan sabay repack na din in the process.

Kaya lang he hired him as a driver and not as a mechanic. Kaya parang kailangan ng compensation for doing work as a mechanic.

    Sir nico,
Talagang home service iyon at talagang pinapakain nila kasi family driver nila, eh. hehehe.

Mga Php400 ang na-suggest ko. Ok na din siguro yun. Mabait naman silang amo.

IMO.. its better to just compensate the driver in other terms.. baka kasi mawili and expect every maintenance chores an equivalent sum of cash... its part of the job description of a driver to maintain the vehicle at a certain extent as long as its under his working hours e.g. cleaning and a few mechanical stuffs depending on his capability.

but if you really compute it... cheapest labor at a shop or home service ( they supply their own tools! ) is 250 perside, assuming bothsides then its 500... if it takes the driver the wholeday to do this (may take him slower than mechanics who routinely do it) thus compensating the driver for this should be 500 - daily wage (assuming it takes him a whole day).

    my 2 cents worth..

baka mawili nga yung driver in the long run, baka every now and then may sira yung kotse.

Siguro nga in other terms na nga lang. Hindi ko kasi maalala how much it cost me dati to have the torn boots replaced on my Pajero. Natabunan ng iba pang pinagawa.
