first, get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust. make sure this stuff really needs to be replaced.
assuming all of these repairs really are needed, unfortunately i think most of the stuff needs to be done. the suspension/alignment if not fixed will lead to greater problems later on and is potentially dangerous. the oil seal and belt replacements will potentially save you from a full engine rebuild later on (any gurus know if the 626 has an interference-type engine?)
you might be able to skate by without replacing the shocks right away (papangit lang yung ride mo), and live without power steering for a while before you can replace the pump.
that's what i would do...
While a bit of a looker, it's not useful enough for other purposes outside of point a to point b...
