Completely depends on the engine. Basically, most branded headers are better than anything you can have made at Nodalo's.
Pros - better throttle response, more midrange and high rpm power.
Cons - loss of low rpm torque (if your headers are too big), heat soak in the engine bay (cast-iron stock exhaust manifolds absorb more heat than they radiate, thin-walled headers can't absorb as much heat, and they just pass it straight into the engine bay unless they're ceramic coated or have header wrap).
