Maybe find headlamps that look similar and have a latero adjust the body to fit the new headlamps. It'l look different, but no one anyway knows what that car looks like here in RP.

Or if ever may kakilala ka sa states or at any Left-hand drive vehicle country, order the headlamps of the counterpart model of your car from there. Even their surplus headlamp units would have the right pattern, not the ones from right hand drive countries.
