Just search Evangelista or Banaue. Lots of shops have tons of secondhand turbines lining the shelves. No guarantee they'll still turn or stay in one piece under boost, though... but if you bring along a friend or mechanic who really knows his stuff, you can get lucky.

Don't know current prices, it's been a while. Say 5-10k for your typical turbine. You can pick up a brand new one for around 30k+++
