i'd like to install an oil cooler in my patrol that has a sd33t engine. the oil cooler itself in no problem cuz there are many suplus to choose from. my problem is where do i attatche the hoses on the engine. thanks.:bald:

One technique that I know is, oil out from oil filter attachment screw towards the oil cooler fins then back to oil pan.
Yan po eh galing sa linya ng Hyundai engine, hehehe. :D

yup. that's the principle. do you really need a cooler for your SD engine? lapit na ang weekend ah...

June 15th, 2004 09:57 PM #4thanks for the tip. i was considering placing an oil cooler hopefully to improve the cooling of my engine. the temp goes up to 3/4 when i'm diving my patrol hard.
btw. our 4x4 comp is this weekend. check out Bullitine newspapaer (June 15, 2004) we are advertised in the sports page. hope to see some of you guys there
