Sobrang ganda ng gawa ng Mufflerland Morato. May mandrels, may TIG welding, etcetera...

    Ito, gawang Mufflerland:

    Aluminized bends done in shop.

Mandrel bends done outside (no 2.5" stainless in shop, so I had to buy outside) then TIG welded in-shop. Gandaaaaah ng welds.

They have a good selection of mufflers. I bought a locally made one there for half the price of an original one, and the construction is almost as good as the Japanese one.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

It's arc-welding (watched them do it), but without the rod of solder they usually use.

Sobrang pino ang welds ng gawa nito, and it's much better than acetylene torch or regular arc welds... more accurate, not as messy... but it's expensive. It's the same welding technique they use on bicycles.

    Im sorry! Have to correct

MIG means Metal Inert Gas a.k.a GMAW gas metal arch welding.
Electrode (wire) and shielding gas comes out from the gun fed by the machine. Parang arch welding without clamp and welding rods nasa gun na lahat ng operation.

May clamp pa rin, actually, for the ground... you can't arc weld without current flow. At least, ganyan sa welder nila.

Pero wala nang rods... ang galing at ang pino ng gawa...

Parang ang sarap bumili ng machine... kaya lang... mahal! Mga 70k daw!

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
