Hello Everyone, im a newbie here, this is my 1st post. =)
anyway, i own a 91 Nissan Bluebird, about two weeks ago, i noticed na mejo pumapalya palya pag naka idle, i thought baka kailangan na palitan yung air filter ko, so instead of replacing the filter w/ a stock filter, i replaced it with a simota racing filter, i made an adaptor so that hindi ko kailangan tangalin yung air sensor, nung tinesting ko, ganun pa din, mejo palyado pa din, parang "dug...dug" yung sound, actualy hindi ko naririnig yung palya, nararamdaman ko, so ginamit ko pa din yung car everyday, until last night nung pa-uwi na ako, nung stinart ko mejo mas malakas na yung palya, i tried to drive it home pero palakas na ng palakas yung palya hangang tumirik na. nag pa tow ako pauwi, kaninang umaga tinry ko i-start, nag sastart naman sha, pero super palyado talaga na hindi na mamaneho. Ano kaya po ito? Servo cleaning? Dirty Fuel Filter? Busted Fuel Pump?
    Help Pls?
    Thanks Guys!

Sounds like it could be a fuel issue. Am not familiar with the CA20 engine, though. You could also post this at nissanbayan.com/forums as they may have some clues.

anyways, the fuel filter was replaced i think 2 or 3 years ago,
kanina tinangal ko yung fuel filter ko tapos binugahan ko ng hangin, i checked the fuel pump kung gumagana pa by turning the key to acc to activate the fuel pump, malakas pa naman yung bomba ng gas eh, tapos nung binalik ko na, ayaw na mag start, nung una kasi nag sastart pa pero sobrang palyado, tapos chineck ko yung distributor cap ko, binuksan ko, ang daming langis sa loob!!! pinunasan ko tapos binalik ko, ayaw pa din mag start, bat kaya napuno ng langis yung loob distributor cap ko?
    hmmmmmmmmmmmm..
    help sirs....

According to the Nissanbayan.com guys, some Nissans have a tendency to run rough when their MAF sensors are dirty.

I'm no Nissan expert so I don't know if the CA20 has a MAF sensor. Better ask them.

But then again, since the engine won't start at all now, you might also want to check the whole ignition system (distributor, HT wires, plugs, contacts, etc.).

hey chief.. i have a nisssan bluebird. sakit sa ulo noh? kasi ang arte ng engine nyan. hehe.. that happened to me also, from my experience ang nag cause ng palya is yung fuel pump, may buga pero nag iistop stop ang supply.. or yung combox, pag hindi compatible for the ca20..

mga sir, bat kaya ganun, hindi ako maka register sa nissanbayan,
anyways, thank you sa mga replys mga sirs
sir ano yung MAF sensor? san located yun?

im gonna let a mechanic take a look at it tommorow, ill let him check my whole ignition parts, and the fuel tank.

by the way, nung tinangal ko yung fuel filter ko, inipon ko sa baso yung tumulong gasolina, napansin ko lang kanina nung nakita ko yung basong may gasolina na madumi pala yung gasolina, parang may naiipon pa ngang itim itim sa ilalim ng baso.

maraming maraming salamat ulit mga sir

    Sounds like a big one.

Drain your gas tank while you're doing this, baka may deposits na siya.

AFAIK, the Bluebird is carburated. If the fuel tank is like in the Sentra, you just have to remove the rear seat cushion to see the pump mounting point.

    Good luck!
