Kung totoo sami ng mekaniko mo... That means the piston rings have gouged/damaged the cylinder walls. Your options may be:
Kaya siguro mausok, too much oil gets into the cylinders, dumadaan dun sa "guhit"
1. Have your cylinder honed sa machine shop kung di naman kalaliman yung guhit, they would know kung kaya pa. Lalaki ng konti yung cylinder, just a tiny bit to take out the "guhit". Then you might need slightly oversized pistons and piston rings, or just over sized piston rings.
2. Kung malalim na talaga, the machine shop will slightly oversize the cylnder and put sleeves inside the cylinder. Para kumapal ulit yung cylinder to stock size. Then palit ka ng piston rings, regular size na lang.
Bad news lang eh, you should have done these before the top overhaul and oil change. Parang overhaul narin to dude, kung gusto mong maayos yung "guhit" ng cylinder wall mo.

August 27th, 2007 11:31 AM #12hello..guyz..aun tungkol jan sa prob mo..ksi ganyang ganyan ung akin dati kya gawin mo,dba na top ovrhaul n sya?tignan mo qng may usok pa qng meron tpos kulay puti ibig sabihin kumakain p ng langis yan.pag itim unburn fuel..pero dpat sinabay m n ng ovrhaul kc pra mare-bore ung cylindr liner nya nd pra lumakas ulit..kc ung guhit na un pwede dumaan ang langis or sumingaw ung kompresyon.ngaun ung fender kung papalo ng 1k ung pa-palo bumili k n lng ng surplus nyan mganda pa kaso mas mahal ung left side..siguro 1.3k..ung radiator ok na ba?pg ungcylinder head mo eh bingkong msisira ulit ung cylindr head gaskt mo nd ung compresion dadaan naman sa daanan ng tubig..diba ung cylinder maraming butas s gilid nun un ung daanan ng tubig kya bka dun lumusot..contakin mo n lng aq pgmy tanung k baka matulungan kita

August 27th, 2007 11:41 AM #13kung d pa tapos ung top ovrhaul..pa sabay mo na ng re-bore bilis..sayang budget mo..cgurado sisingaw un nd panibagaong problema un..kc ang pwede lng daanan ng langis nyan ay ung valve seal na cguradong pinapalitan n ngaun pero mas mlakas ang kain nyan sa piston ring,oilring nd sa liner or ung sinasabi mong bore...pasabay mo n un nd pa re-face m n din ung cylinder head pra isang bukasan n lng mas makakamura ka pg isang bukasan na lng...tawagan m n lng aq pa my prob...2973499..

August 27th, 2007 11:45 AM #14hehe..nga pla tanungin m din sa mekaniko qng kaya pang dukutin..padukot mo ung mga piston para mapalitan ung piston ring nd bka makuha p sa ontin liha para hindi na i-baba ung engine mo..walng mgbabago pag d un napalitan..pag nagawa un cgurado hnd pa umi-start ung auto mo tumatakbo na..hehe

From munoz market go towards quezon avenue. sa bandang gitna ng road na ito merun intersection (malapit sa iglesia in cristo) then after the main intersection (about a kilometer) merun iceplant on your left side...after that iceplant merun carwash - dun din yung kay FRANK na PDR.
Choice I would have made as well.:nod:
