I just noticed that the engine vibrates lesser at 500 rpm than at 800 rpm. My ride is a crosswind. Is this something i should be worried about? All other aspects of the vehicle are good like acceleration, idling, etc.

I'm doubtful. If engine supports are bad, it will have more vibration at lower rpm. The mystery is: Why is the vibration more prominent at only a particular rpm, i. e. 800 rpm?

Isn't 500 RPM too low?
