you mean hindi accesible ang nut, nasa loob ng hole so hindi pwede gamitan ng cold chisel to cut the nut? there are several things you can try, things i do here on the rig on such problems.
    1. grind the bolt head off with a grinder or file. the rest of the bolt then comes out on the side where the nut is.
    2. break the bolt. how? if there is long enough bolt thread after the loose threaded nut then install another nut on top of the loose threaded nut. then tighten that nut on the bolt until the bolt breaks. this is applicable only to small size bolts, up to maximum 1/2 inch since any bigger and you won't be able to break it anymore by over-tourquing. depends also on the bolt material, like if we're talking grade 8 bolts then no way it will break. most automotive fasteners are grade 5 (those with 3-points on the head, parang ganito "Y". ang grade 8 ay six-point, ganito "*"). grade 5 bolts and higher are very hard and may not break with this technique. important: this technique assumes that the part that the bolt and nut joins is not fragile since it will be compressed.
    3. drill out the head. this is almost same as #1. use a drill bit as big as the bolt. once you have drilled past the bolt head then the head detaches from the rest of the bolt. if it turns in the hole while drilling then try to hold the bolt on the other end with a vise grip pliers. or install another nut on top of the loose threaded nut so that the bolt does not turn while you are drilling it out. note that the hole has to be as close to the center of the bolt as possible. also, if it is grade 5 bolt or higher, then it will be too hard to drill.
4.if you can't hold the bolt steady (because there is no space to hold it with a vise grip or install another nut and you can't do #3) then do the reverse of #3. instead of drilling out the bolt head then drill on the nut side. hold the bolt head on the opposite side so the bolt does not turn. as in #3, use a drill bit size equal to the bolt size.
    5. you don't have a drill bit as big as the bolt? then if there is space big enough for an electric drill on the nut side drill 2 holes on opposite sides of the nut using a drill bit size equal to the thickness of the nut. after the holes are drilled hammer a pointed punch on the 2 holes. this will cut the nut in 2 pieces and the bolt can then be removed. tricky, you need a steady pair of hands when drilling the 2 holes.
    6. my favorite and the fastest, burn it out with an acetylene torch! not applicable if it is you car ehehehehe!
