    Cross drilled rotors improve braking performance not by reducing stopping distances but by making stopping power consistent even after repeated hard stops (fade resistance). Overheated brakes provide less stopping power.

    I'm not sure if they have applications for the Starex, but the same company also makes pads and shoes for the Starex so a rotor is possible.
