will be used on a sedan, a 1995 nissan sentra lec. ano po ba capacity ng scissor jack?nasira po kasi hydraulic jack ko na alligator type, may oil leak, di naman ok i-repair definitely. parang gusto ko na ang scissor jack tuloy. ano po ba marerecomend nyo mga guru. please advise naman mga experiences nyo with both. their advantages and disadvantages with each other. maraming-maraming salamat po.

OEM for the LEC is a diamond scissor jack stored in the jack compartment on the right side of the trunk. Jack handle is stored under the fibre board (lawanit) cover of the spare tire well.

I'd recommend using the OEM jack. It's simple, low maintenance, and since it has it's own dedicated holder in the trunk, it won't rattle or fly around. Isn't it funny that many people find out that their hydraulic jacks are dead when they need it the most? hehehe. On the MB100, we replaced the stock hydraulic bottle jack with a Toyota screw type bottle jack (OEM on Fortuner, Innova, Hilux, etc.). Fits in the same space vacated by unreliable Korean jack, virtually zero maintenance. Effort required to lift vehicle is similar to a scissor jack. Now that I've mentioned it, maybe it's time to check the 10 year old jack on my rig.

The jacking points of the Sentra (on the rocker panels under the doors) are also designed for a diamond/scissor jack.

It almost looks like a torture device.

It would also help kung meron kang masmagandang klase ng lug nut wrench.. plus a hollow tube for leverage.

Naalala ko pa last year lang.. madaling araw, iniwan ko sa gilid ng tagaytay hi-way ung escape ko... di ko kasi matanggal ung lugnuts using the cheap OEM lug nut wrench.. ayun binalikan ko na lang nang umaga kasama ung mga vulcanizing boys.. takot ako baka mawala!!

Sipain mo or tayuan mo yung lug wrench kung ayaw pumihit.
