How to remove this stain of my windshield?

Is this in the inside or outside of your windshield? Anyway try to clean w/ acetone, acetone will not harm the glass so your pretty safe to used. I used this before with my car to removed paint and water mark and it works. Use a news paper (not cloth or any) to cleaned, rub it hard and do one section at a time. Do it in the shade away from hot sun.
