Help: possible ba magkaproblema with OR/CR?

Hope you guys could help me on this....

Already bought a 2nd hand car na may open deed of sale from someone sa tingin ko nagbuy n sell although may story na lang na kelangan ng pera. Pinacheck ko photocopy OR sa LTO pasig (CR is in muntinlupa) and nagtanong TMG before ko binili (ok raw).

After buying the car pina TMG ko clear naman with printout na. The orig CR is blue (encumbered) with clearance of chatel mortgage naman (also checked with the bank) and may OR from 2005. Problem is, when I was going through the papers given to me by the seller, I came across a xerox copy of CR na hindi encumbered and 2004 OR and when I checked the orig blue CR may nakita ako nakalagay previous CR# and the number is the one on the xerox CR. Nagtataka ako ngayon baket ganyan? The date on the orig blue CR is one month after ng date nasa xerox CR. Possible ba may nangyari or kalokohan na nagawa?

The name of the owner is the same on all docs, pati motor number chassis number. may TMG clearance nako but di ko pa nalalakad actual transfer of ownership sa LTO muntinlupa, hope someone can clarify ano possible nangyari.... thanks in advance!

Pwede mangyari na mali yun engine number o chasis number na nilagay ng mga tao sa LTO when the registration was renewed. Yun yung nangyari sa akin e pero naayos naman with the help of the 2 previous owners of the car na sumama sa Camp Karingal.

afaik and based on my experience, basta nasa iyo original or/cr na cleared ng tmg at lto (na preferebly, ikaw mismo nag check/inquire) ok na yon. plus kung may in-execute na deed of sale in your favor pero kahit open deed of sale ok lang.

am not really sure, wait mo rin yung response nung mga kasama natin sir.

Actually yun OR and CR ko nun na mali yun chasis number pinirmahan pa din ng official ng TMG e. So di talaga nila chinecheck, mas ok kung ikaw talaga yun nandun.

may pinapunta ako LTO muntinlupa sabi ok naman daw yun CR, nagkaroon lang ng previous CR dahil ginawang encumbered so may kapalit na CR. nagtaka lang ako dahil lumang kotse namin na encumbered din wala naman nakalagy previous CR, "new" nakalagay. hirap kasi pag di kakilala binibilhan, medyo nakaduda mga storya may mga butas sa mga kuwento

chattel property etong mga car natin, whoever has the original documentation such as or & cr is deemed the owner, eventhough its not named after you.
