June 9th, 2013 01:09 PM #22NABUNOT NA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tried the WD40 approach and struggled for 30 mins. I realized na hindi talaga mabubunot. and i don't want to risk damaging the ignition key cylinder.
naghanap na ko ng locksmith. nagtanung tanung lang ako sa mga nadaanan kong auto supply.
found one sa my Zabarte. ininterview ko pa yung locksmith para malaman ko kung may kakayanan sya. sabi nya he's been a locksmith since the 80's.
so i entrusted him with my car. una medyo di nya alam baklasin yung cover nung steering column. sabi nya subukan muna nya sungkitin bka gumana.
after 2 mins, nabunot nya yung susi. tinignan nya yung duplicate at sinukat. marami daw sabit at di pulido pagkagawa. so he fixed the duplicate key and is
working perfectly fine now.
una naming usapan ay 600 pesos pero natawaran ko pa ng 500 pesos. worth it naman.
lesson of the story -
3. always be patient. wag madaliin or pwersahin, you might end up doing more damage.

same thing almost happened to me before, its a good thing i held back on the urge to try it in the ignition after having trouble turning the key back the moment i tried it first with the doors.
the key would turn clockwise but would not turn back, its handy in opening an accidentally locked door with the original key still inside the car but never in locking it which pretty much suit the purpose so i kept it anywayLast edited by kisshmet; June 9th, 2013 at 02:15 PM.
