Go the D.I.Y route or ask a repair shop to do it for you. Remove the mouldings and fill the blank space with plastic filler as needed. Followed by lots of sanding and definitely a repaint. The bumper might look odd afterwards (at least to me).

If you want to replace the bumpers instead, there are lots of surplus parts around. At the same time, you might as well sell/trade-in your old bumpers, while you're at it. Take note, if you want to change the front and rear bumper to match, you also need to change the front headlights since your current headlights are NOT designed to fit to the redesigned bumpers. ONLY the redesigned headlights will fit perfectly with the redesigned bumpers.
