Help! Dent sa bumper..

Tulong nman po!! Natamaan ang sasakyan ko habang nakapark sa USTe. Walang suspect at wala ring witness. :rant::crying: Kinontak ko si Rovic para sa PDR sabi niya di daw kaya since fiberglass/platic ang bumper..dalhin ko daw sa pintor..??

Meron po ba kayong marerekomendang shop?

That's the best it can do. Although regenerating at 'self healing' ang bumpers ng mga sasakyan, minsan hindi talaga perfect after contact.

Kung gusto mo ng walang mintis, just drop by Alex Car Restoration sa Roosevelt. It's not really far from UST.

Medyo may kamahalan nga lang.

Malamang mas malalim pa talaga ang dent niyan nung matamaan. Sinubukan lang niya bumalik sa original shape niya after pero may limitations din ang self healing capability ng bumpers.

A ic gets ko na. hehe! Pero bakit ang sabi sakin ni Rovic dalhin ko daw sa pintor? may magagawa ba tlga yung pintor? I'm thinking nga sa casa nlng e kaso estimate lang may bayad na, 500. I just can't tolerate everytime I see it. Malas lang at hindi ko nakita kung sinong may sala.

Imperfect na kasi yung plastic, hindi na nila makokorte iyan. Sa pintor pwede pa ata nila daanin sa body filler. Some shops heat the bumper to get it back in shape.

Thanks for the info sir Otep. What can you say bout katokmagic? nakita ko kasi sa pic sa site nila nagawa nila yung bumper nung lancer..

Same type of damage that I had and I had to go to Banawe. There are some sutsot boys there who can refer you to quick fixes. What they do is remove the bumper and cure it using heat. This way, it kinda softens for them to do a little pounding inside the bumper.

May 'quick fixers' din ako sa Banawe. Not exactly in Banawe St. pero dun sa katabing kalye na VMA. Dun yung jologs kong pintor (si Mang Louie). Kaya lang hinayang ako mukhang maganda pa car ni Picard para sa ganung shop. hehehe.

Btw, katokmagic is also conventional PDR. They work with metal.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can try the sutsot boys. hehehe. Andun sila sa 'magulong Banawe' between E. Rod and Quezon Avenue.

Thanks for the inputs sirs. Pero I've alwas been skeptical sa Banawe baka mas lalo pang masira sasakyan ko. I might give a try sa Alex car restoration and see if they can fix it. Bad luck lang siguro talaga. You spend all of your time caring for your car when some idiots try to sabotage yor efforts WHILE YOU ARE PARKED.
