help air con problem

it just happend yesterday evening
when i turn on the my pick up's a/c foul odor emits from air vents
more noticeable on the on two vents near right window and left window

i tried spraying lysol directly into the a/c vents (no luck) nothing happened.

what seems to be the problem...


last thing i did yesterday afternoon was have it engine detailed at big berts :P (nice job )

another question fan belts are squeaking when tachometer hits 3000rpm


what should i do .....

Cooling coil or others call it evaporator leak. Kelangan na palitan yan ng bago.

Yung foul smell na naamoy mo is actually freon.

Walang kinalaman yun engine wash nyan. Madumi lang siguro yun evaporator mo inside the car, cleaning lang yan 800 ata singilan, if may smell pa din haved your freon chked. bka may butas na. As for the fanbelt, nabasa lang yan nun washing kya umiingit mawawala lang yan, pero better ave it chked din bka maluwag o sobrang higpit.

turned out to be a heater core problem.
not related with the car aircon...

para syang maliit na radiator sa loob ng car katabi ng evaporator responsible for the heater to function damn baklas yung buong ilalim ng dash ko ngayon, wala pa rin mabili.....

had one fabricated out of copper sa evangelista had to shell out 4k plus

Baka hindi mo ginagamit ang heater mo. You need to use it once in a while. Engine coolant ang laman ng heater core. :D
