Headligt Upgrade (HID, high wattage, etc)

ano ba ang pinaka ok na headlight upgrade?

am thinking of HID... pero is it worth it?

or pwede rin naman yatang all-weather bulbs... pero ano ang ako na brand nito? eto ba yung parang color yellow / rainbow ang output?

kung higher-wattage bulbs naman... ano ang kailangan gawin sa kotse para maka accomodate ng high-wattage bulbs? para kasing yung foglights ko ang hina...

yeah, what's the closest to HID look na bluish color but not as expensive as HID?

Nothing comes close to HID. Pero kung gusto mo may makita ka pa rin tuwing umuulan hanggang 6000K light temp ka lang, para whitish hue. Yung mga 8000K na bluish hirap sa gabi na umuulan.

O kaya mag all weather bulbs ka na lang kung tight ang budget.

With that price magparating ka na lang like what I did, nasa 35k all in pati taxes and air freight pa.

Di hamak mas matibay ang ballasts and fusible linkages ng Philips. Marami na akong nakikitang nagpapakabit ng 8000K HIDs, kaso pag umulan na, wala na rin bisa kasi kakulay ng ulan yung ilaw. The best color temp is near the Sun's color temp which is at 5000K. Either you go for the 4800K or 6000K which has more white hue.

i prefer something that isn't blue like the 8000k bulbs. gamit ko now sa headlights is a 6000k piaa unit and ok sya. sa foglights naman di ko sure yung kelvin pero raybrig naman na hid.

if you want porma go for the 8000k pero for usability go with 6000l.

single beam lang naman talaga foglights diba? hehe!

also, try to ask for a warranty. usually those kits that are in the 18-24T price range have their ballasts burn up pretty fast in which case you may have to return it to the supplier (nawalan ka ng HID bigla).
