for the wheel bearings, you need to take the wheels off. pero are you sure hindi sealed type ang wheel bearings ng car mo? lancer kasi sealed type e. if open type ang bearing, remove wheels and open the shaft end cover. you will also have to remove the brakes in most cases. may jam nut dun sa shaft, need to pry off the lock nut holding the jam nut. pag tanggal na yung nut and lock pwede na mahugot yung bearing. clean it in kerosene, then repack with new grease. wag puno, 2/3 to 3/4 full lang. if you put too much pag expand ng grease pag uminit na mag-pop off yung cover or grease seal.
yung cv joints pwede yan injection. get a hypodermic syringe, inject it between the rubber boots and the shaft. i used to have a needle that has a grease nipple on one end, kaso nabali after so many uses. wala naman ako mabili sa Pinas, sa US ko nabili yun e.
yung mga tie rod ends most of them have no grease fittings anymore. but on some meron plug na allen screw. very seldom ko nakikita pero meron pa din. yun pwede mo i-grease. remove the plug, then install a grease fitting (usually 1/8" npt ang size ng threaded end).
