baka may oil leak sa valve cover gasket tapos tumutulo sa exhaust manifold. or leaking exhaust manifold gasket.

Yup.... probably oil leaking onto the hot manifold. Might be a very slight gasket leak... Likely, after 10-15 minutes, the oil becomes thin enough to pass through the space and spurt onto the exhaust.
Best check your oil level and look for signs of stains on the engine cover, head, block, etcetera...
