Gas tank leak???

Hi guys,

Everytime I gas up (full tank/sagad), gas starts to leak but it stops at some point; probably after spilling a quarter of a liter (or more). I'm not sure if the tank has a leak or the hose (breather??) causes the leak. What options do I have? Can I have it repaired? If possible, where?

By the way, my car is a 97 honda civic ek.

yun neighbor ko dati nagka problem na ganyan. yun top part where the floater cover is, dun nag karun ng leak or singaw pag full tank. ganyan din ata yun model niya. binaba yun gas tank ang fix or palit yun gasket.
