I changed mine during when I hit 50k km. Check mo yung sa Chilton Manual na pinaxerox mo from me. I think its stated there when to change.

100k ang recommended by most manufacturers but you can change it earlier if you like

newbie here. i've changed mine at around 120K. my sammy broke down right in front of the toll gate at clark last nov 2000. we thought the problem was with the igniter inside the distributor. so we have it change. damn that very expensive part (7.5K then). after changing it, it still doesn't start. the mechanic eventually found that the timing belt got damaged. so we replaced that also and my sammy went alive again.

good for you lesmac. I would suggest 80,000 km as a safe marker for changing the T-belt. pero matibay pala ang t-belt niya, imagine 120k before breaking down.
