Hi fellow tsikoteers! i hope everybody is in good shape upon reading this
To: Good Mods, hindi lang po ako sure kung nasa tamang section itong thread ko, paki move na lang po. Thank you!
When i drove test the vehicle ok, for me, ang takbo nya...compare sa 2-escapes-same model & 1-mazda tribute-'06 or '05 (hindi ko na matandaan ).
NORTH AMERICAN AUTOMOTIVE:
Fan Module - P9,450 (orig ford brand daw)
Tensioner Bearing - P9,895 (orig ford brand daw)
Labor - P2,016
(Total cost of parts - P24,865)
Ok na po ba yang price? baka po meron kayo negative or possitive feedback about the mentioned casa, i will really appreciate it very much.
I've read somewhere here at tsikot na ok sa mazford so nag-check din ako sa kanila. Below are the prices.
MAZFORD:
Fan Module - P7,500 (orig ford parts daw)
Engine Support#2 - P1,800 (orig parts daw - motocraft)
Labor - P1,500 for Tensioner Bearing & Engine Support#2 pwede pa makatawad pag nandun na, pero hiwalay labor for fan module. Estimate for Fan module labor aroung P1,000++.
(Total price of parts only - P12,800)
Ok lang po ako kahit saan as long as ok ang reputasyon and kredibilidad nung casa na gagawa.
Hope you could help me with this.
Maraming salamat po in advance!

Why do you need a new fan module and tensioner bearing? Any problems?
Isedelco = AC Delco?

Hi Sir vinj, many thanks for your reply.
From the last pms of the vehicle at NAA, they are recommending to have it replaced. What i noticed naman is when i start the engine at #1, may umaandar na kaagad na fan...so i think that's the reason. I also checked it with the casa, yun nga daw po ang dahilan kaya dapat na palitan kasi baka daw madamay pa yung auxiliary fan. About the Tensioner, though im not sure if its related, meron akong naririnig na somelike metal to metal grinding when accelerating coming from stop or slow moving. As per the casa, that's also their reason of their recommendation.
I think you're right with the brand's name. It's AC Delco...sabi kasi ng nakausap ko "isidilcu"
Ano po sa tingin nyo, sir?
Thank you po.

Actually wala akong kilala talaga.

Ford shop brand is really Motocraft, so what you're getting is good enough.
I swear by Mazford, that's where the Fordclub guys (and everyone else in the city) buy their parts.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

i suggest you also replace the ATF, Coolant, Motor oil, and differential fluid na. if you have the budget, pati brake fluid na.
hindi mo kasi alam when were those last replaced.

IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
