Can somebody provide the link sa discussion? I always saw these sa mga advertisement kasama ng mga items you don't really need or won't ever need kasi so I thought it's another one of those.

And yes I don't have any experience breaking automotive glass.

For me kasi if it's dangerous to drive, I'll just stay where I am kaysa sa sugurin ko. But I guess you all have a point, kung kailangan it can come in handy. What other gadgets do you recommend to go with this?

That little hammer can really break glass?

This is what I keep in the glove box for that purpose:

^i'm not sure if that maglite can easily break auto glass. i could be wrong but it's made to withstand that type of blunt impact.

the reason why the hammer works is that it has a solid, very sharp tip made of alloyed metal that will crack and put a hole in the window more easily.

Personally, I carry these devices not only for myself but to aid other motorists who might need it.

    Other stuff in my rig:
    -Fire Extinguisher
    -First Aid Kit
    -Tow Strap with D-shackles
    -Jumper cables
    -Safety goggles
    -Hard hat
    -EWD
    -Hand held halogen lamp
    -Battery operated flashlight
    -Tie-down straps

I'll just finish the list when I remember the other stuff.

Hardhat is the hat worn at construction sites. I have it just in case working conditions demand having one.

    EWD are reflectorized triangles.
Tie down straps are straps used to hold down luggage so they don't fly in case of a crash. They can be used for other things, too.

I also use First Alert. The car bracket makes mounting a breeze.

Most of these stuff I got from SM Malls.
