the condenser fan of my ride suddenly stopped spinning...

i checked the under-hood fuse box and saw na pumutok yung 20A fuse for the condenser fan.... i replaced it pero ayaw pa din umikot nung fan....

what could be the problem here?

btw... my ride is a 95 Civic ESi...
