June 20th, 2007 06:34 PM #1Mga bossing, pinagawa ko kahapon yung aircon ng corolla ko, ngayon ko lang napansin na yung temperature gauge ko is reading below the normal temp (1/4). Kahit na almost 3 hours ko na sya dinadrive. And isa ko pa napansin is when I turn the key to ON (naka-off yung engine), e umaandar na agad yung fan ng radiator, kasi dati hindi naman ganun! Do you think ito yung cause ng drop ng temperature reading ko? Ano kaya ang possible na nagalaw nila dito? Bago ko sana ibalik I want to get your comments! TIA!

this is a bad practice by some (not all) auto airconditioning mechanics/technicians to bypass the fan switch with the hope of maintaining a cooler engine temp when using the a/c. have them (or another shop) check your a/c system and the engine for overheating brought about by overworked compressor, faulty fan rheostat etc.

either naka rekta yung fan or tinanggal yung pagkakakabit sa thermoswitch. mabubugbog fan mo, constantly running
