kaya ko lang po papalitan ng cld air intake kasi po wala nang mabili na air filter kaya po mapipilitan ako magkabit nun.hindi poba lalakas yung tunog ng makina kapag may air intake would it be the same like the stock air filter

may i ask kung bakit wala ka nang mabili na air filter? i'm sure na makakabili ka naman sa mga suking auto supply. kasi parang ang mahal na upgrade yan sinasabi mo. relatively air fiter v.s CAI. or baka ang sinasabi mo ang mga cone type na air filters gaya ng simota at k&n. hindi CAI mga yon.
not sure kung may madadagdag na tunog makina mo pag may CAI ka. sa exhaust oo. pero madadagdagan ang hatak ng engine mo theoretically.

June 24th, 2007 10:47 PM #3Bossing pwede ang cone na simota at k&n gawing CAI! basta naka-setup sya na kumuha ng hangin outside hindi sa loob ng engine. Ito isang DIY guide for CAI!

And about sa tunog, medyo lalakas ang tunog lalo na pag-high rpm!

Yup. Impression ko lang is baka ibig lang niya sabihin ay kabit lang ng cone type na filter sa exisiting intake. Isipin mo bili ka ng replacement air filter against sa pagsetup ng CAI... di ba mas magastos yun? Pero kung dadagdagan niya yung remainder para sa CAI setup oks yun.
Kawawa ka nga lang pag baha...

Ah gets ko na dapat sinabi ko na "hindi pa CAI yun... filter pa lang yan" mga tol bigyan niyo pa nga ako ng kape...

e kung hood scoop na lang kaya ala-pajero? di pa problema ang baha kesa sa under the bumper na cai.

A cold air intake is a system used to bring down the temp. of the air going to the car for the purpose of increasing power of the internal combustion engine. Also can create an attractive sounds when you gun your engine you just must know the correct tubing size for that specific vehicle. Then your on your way to increase performance in the inexpensive way.
