casa maintained verification

we're looking into a 2nd hand accord. casa maintained daw which laging ginagamit ng mga sellers to raise the price. pwede bang iverify sa casa or do you know anybody sa loob who can verify?

Pwede mo naman tanong sa Service Counter tungkol sa history ng sasakyan through the plate number or the chassis number of the car. Malalaman mo rin kung anong last KM nagpa-PMS siya tapos counter-check mo kung almost pareho doon sa mileage ng sasakyan. Nado-doktor naman kasi ang odometer kaya di reliable. Tanong mo lang kung anong casa branch siya nagpapa-maintain then verify. Sa Ford kasi centralized ang database kaya malalaman kung saan ka last nagpa-PMS. No idea on Honda if they are sharing information.

dagdag lang ako...kung meron din comprehensive insurance, itanong mo kung pwede ka humingi ng photocopy...kapag binigyan ka verify mo rin sa insurance company kung nagkaroon ng claim...maganda ring malaman mo kung nabangga na o hindi pa iyang bibilhin mo

thanks for the headsup fr3rick. sure, there was always the signs. yung exterior, yung engine bay, i think merong magnetic cards ang mga honda. i don't know kasi yung akin meron. ewan ko pero supposed to ina-update ito kada service. :D

Honda Alabang is under the Ayala Group. My Honda card was never updated by any of the casa I went to. In fact, they don't even look for it whenever I bring the Civic for servicing. :sigh:
