A similar thing happened to my car. It sat in the garage for about 4 years. I stopped using it when it had one flat tire and I didn't want to buy a new pair since I rarely used the car. It was rusted also and a family of mice made it their home! I ended up selling it as junk That car used to be so sariwa, ganyan ata talaga nangyayari pag hind nagagamit, parang bahay, pag walang nakatira. That's probably what happened to the City (pero yung gulong sobrang kalbo)

If you are thinking to buy ur first car and its gonna be in a low range of budget i suggest to save more and buy the models in early 2000's range, but to answer your question it is worth saving since its HONDA. it can be use as everyday car so no worries on that

TS wag mo kunin kung ibibigay sayo, sakit lang sa ulo yan magkakautang na loob ka pa.
At lalong wag mo irestore, gastos lang yan, kahit maayus mo yan hindi ka pa din nakakasigurado dyan malay mo topakin, itirik ka pa sa daan, at lalo na wag mo na isiping pagandahin kahit anong ikabit mo dyan pangit pa din dahil walang porma honda city na luma

Owned one before. Exactly the same model that the TS posted. From what i see. 1.3 LX M/T siya.

Kung ibibigay sayo then puwede dahan dahanin. Una dapat gawin diyan is engine. Then mechanicals like suspension and brakes. Last na aesthetics like paint and interior.

Kung mapapatino mo yan, matipid na kotse yan. Kapag nasa tono kaya mag 10-11 km/l

If this car is given to you for free and you are a mechanic and fabricator/denter/painter then go ahead and repair it on your own. pero if none of these conditions meet then simply a big NO!
