hi! if you're not that meticulous, have it repaired (pokpok) by a latero OR have it done by an experienced autopainter who won't mind straightening out that sheet metal or hardplastic and paint it nicely or neatly..i'll go for the second option...remember that bumpers are meant to be scratched and bumped anyway, so it's not practical to spend a huge amount on it...save the money for engine maintenance...if you're not into show car that is...cheers!
