i believe it. several years ago, i bought tires from miller, sa west ave. (near sm city). nung bina-balance na eh they said the mags had to be restored else hindi talaga mababalance. very doubtful yung claim nila since i had it wheel balanced a few weeks earlier, and ok pa ito. the only reason i was buying tires was nabutasan ako. i had all 4 wheels checked, and none of them could be balanced ... kasi mali yung setting na inilalagay nila. i do not trust them.
