bad smell

my ride is corolla, minsan naaamoy ko ung usok sa labas kahit na naka sarado naman ung mga windows ko, nd minsan naman ang baho parang amoy canal, what is the problem here?

when was the last time you had your a/c system cleaned? that may be the source of "amoy canal" smell

matagal na can't remember na. pero ung amoy canal minsan meron minsan wala naman. how about ung usok sa labas naaamoy sa loob, what causes this?

bukas ang vent. siguro binuksan mo tapos nung sinara mo na e na-stuck sa open position. try mo open-close several times. pag hindi pa din maayos e baka sira yung gasket dun sa vent door, o putol ang spring, o may natanggal dun sa mechanism nya. plastic lang kasi yun madali masira. kaya ako pag gusto kong mag-vent (halimbawa na-utot ako sa loob ng car ehehehe so need i-exhaust ang bad air!) e open ko na lang windows ng konti. kesa open ko yung vent baka kasi masira.

the vents are located at either sides of the front windshields, near the wiper arms. usually, dahil ma pollution dito sa manila, nka close ang mga vents/flappers natin. yours may be stuck in the open position, kaya pumapasok ang outside air. you have to dismantle your dash to get to the flappers. ipagawa mo na lang sa AC shop yan, very unlikely ma DIY mo yan.
