anti-rust car shampoo

i came across this certain car shampoo that's supposed to prevent rust on older cars -- it contains some sort of polymer sealant kuno. do these things really work?

Nope doesn't work. Another too good to be true product.

Cleaning your car is actually a way to prevent rust so in effect they are telling the truth. But you could use any other brand and get the same effect. :D

and in addition, how can a product that requires water INHIBIT rust hehe.
