Was the air bag deployed?

I came across this 08 Innova G Diesel matic with just 3tkm in one of the car dealers here in Davao.

It is being sold for 850T...good buy?

When I looked inside...wow..brand new. As I fingered the steering wheel, I noticed some rough suface in the cover of the airbag..magaspang as if natusok-tusok ng screw driver? When I ask the manager about it, iwas pusoy.

Was the airbag deployed already?

As I inspected the bumper I noticed the plastic did not fit in one area. There wass also some painting done.

When the engine was started there was a screeeeeching sound which disappeared when I pressed the accelerator.

The manager said, it was loose belt. Really? almost a brand new car with loose belt.

Forget it. Look for other units. Mostly people from casa wont tell you honestly the history of such.

^^agree... shy away with this unit. those tell-tale signs shows that this car might has been involved in an accident!
