Hi,
On our way to the office (my bro is driving) this morning, may amoy burning rubber sa loob ng car na nakakahilo, I opened the window and noticed na dun nga sa car nanggagaling. Baguhan na driver ung kapatid ko and everytime na nakastop kami sa traffic tapos nag go, na re-re-rev nya ung engine ng up to 4 pag andar. Un kaya ung amoy burning rubber? Recently pinapalitan namin ung transmission nung car and sabi nung mechanic, un daw ung amoy nung mga burning oil, is that correct po? Bakit po ba nangangamoy na burning rubber? Bale ung amoy po pala lumabas nung nakastop kami sa buendia-makati ave intersection, then nawala tapos nung mag p park na kami sa paseo, umamoy ulit for about 2 mins tapos nawala na ulit..

Clutch yon. Pag baguhan yung driver that's a common thing to happen. When he revs it to 4000rpm tapos bitaw ng clutch ayun mas napupodpod ng di oras.

Agree with sir mbeige, he might be slipping the clutch too much kaya nasusunog.

Ang problem is he's revving the engine too high tapos saka niya bibitawan yung clutch. Tell him to rev the engine to 2500 or 2000rpm lang tapos practice maintaining the engine speed. Once he's used to maintaining engine speed, tell him to gently let go of the clutch. Once the clutch has been released, tell him not to ride the clutch and keep his left foot on the floor. Good habits start young

Sensing a hint of weakening on our 6yr old Thai Pana DIN74, went to the distributor to have it...
Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
