It's a European car that even the Europeans hate!hehehehe.
Ok sana siya pero madaming quality issues. Why am I not surprised at the fact that they are a part of the GM group? hehehehe.
I'll just get an older W124 Benz or older 5 series BMW over a Vectra.

I agree with OTEP. I saw a '99 model with 20,000 KMS (not sure with the year hehe) selling for only P400K!
Pero in fairness magaling ito sa highway I could run 170kmph and still very stable.
Pero kailangan malalim bulsa mo kasi mahal parts at medyo laging may kailangan palitan
I drove a turbo Vectra in Turkey and the most I got out of it was 140 mph. 170mph? Wow.....Originally Posted by rebel

My brother's Opel Omega A/T is less than 2 years old. Transmission failed.
General Motors said it would cost P400,000 to replace.
dont get it. ours 2 yrs lang, sira na alternator. lousy machine. sayang nga lang at matulin but gm here in the phil still has lousy service. good thing nabenta ko sya 2 yrs ago at 600k. that was a 99 model. bentang palugi just to get rid of it.
What a waste.Originally posted by ghosthunter

pre, sa parts, pwede siguro sa thunder automotive ka kumuha, para mas mura ng konti. according to some colleagues who have sold several vectras, the 2.0 liter vectra have much better quality than 2.5 liter vectras.
sir ssaloon bat parang chevy optra yun itsura ng vectra hehe masbeefy lang tingnan
The best way is to buy the needed parts and have Opel fix it to minimize expenses.Originally posted by ghosthunter

Here is a number of Thunder Automotive Supply.
You could buy the parts as long as you know the part number it's 50% cheaper sometime to buy from this shop compare to the price in Opel.

Ang masasabi ko is if it's a VECTRA SIGNUM then pag-iisipan ko kung bibili ako kasi yun SIGNUM very nice interior may kasamang reclining chairs sa likod parang nasa office ka.
Originally posted by Jimbob

Had to change my suspensions every 50T Kms.
Tells you a lot about your chances of resale.
