gas here in GTA (greater toronto area) is low right now...around 80cents a liter for the regular.
owning a car is indeed expensive..lalo na yang insurance na yan.
by the way..kung balak mo magkalisensiya ng mabilis dito sa gta, mag request ka sa LTO ng proof of driving experience sa pinas.
mejo matagal nga lang ito..will take several days to weeks since dadaan pa siya sa dfa and malacanang.
direcho agad ako sa G instead of going tru G1 for a year..then G2 before having a G licence. may steps kasi ang pagkuha nun dito ngayon ehl.

dito sa British Columbia kung nasaan ang Vancouver mayroong Graduated Licensing Program (GLP). Parang sa atin may student license sa una then non-pro or pro, dito you start with Learner's License (class 7L), then upgrade ka to Novice License (class 7) after one year pero puwede bumaba to 3 months if you sucessfully complete an ICBC-approved driver training course. Then on to the Class 5 license na. As an immigrant at kung may LTO license ka, pwede ka sa Novice License agad provided you pass the exam and road test. And when I say exams and roadtest, tutoo yan........i mean sa atin kasi nagbayad lang ako, wala exam at roadtest.
At may mga restrictions din for each type of license, Learner's kailangan accompanied palagi ng Class 5 license holder, kung Novice ka naman, isa or dalawang pasahero lang pwede mo isakay.
Strict and well implemented ang traffic regulations dito, di pwede yung style Pinas..pwede style Subic. Ahemmm, taga-ruon po ako.

Yan ay according sa BC Road Sense Guidelines ng ICBC na nasa akin. Wala pa akong isang taon so di ko alam four years ago. Sa ngayon diretso na sa N driver kung may drivers license ka galing sa atin provided you passed the necessary exams tapos Class 5 (may exams and road test pa rin).

Congratulations bro......winter season pala dating niyo. Di ko lang sigurado kung ano ibig mong sabihin of bringing your things here. Well, kung personal effect lang, walang problema unless otherwise prohibited items. Yung sigarilyo at alak pwede pero may limit. Pupuwede mong dalhin at the time of your flight ang iyong mga gamit at pwede rin to follow, may mga forms ka na dapat fill-upan. Try to visit the Canada Border Services Agency website para sa mas detailed informations. HTH

So a little bit of heads up lang.

Kulang nga yan....anyways, madali lang pakabit internet dito, pwede through sa cable (Shaw), which means kailangan mo pakabit ng cable of course and pwede rin sa phone (Telus) which means again kailangan mo pakabit ng phone.
Ang sa akin ay through cable, bale package ang kinuha ko full cable and high speed internet combo........$97.00 Canadian per month ang bill ko.
Madali lang, tumawag ka lang then schedule ka na (di tumatagal ng three days).
Automatic po Sir
