Accd'g to the company policy handbook given to us, Dolphin Energy is owned by Mudabala Group c/o Abu Dhabi Govt(51%), Total Elf Fina (24.5%) and Occidental Petroleum(24.5%). Hindi ko alam ang arrangement nila sa QP.
