    Hello Mr. E!

This is my contact # 0548384374...I guess you have heard already bout Al Ansar hospital...Napakaraming problema po ng hospital ngayon at wla po kaming nakikitang konkretong ginagawa ng management upang maayos ito. Hindi rin nman po nagpapakita kahit anino man lng nya ang may-ari ng hospital..Ang sabi po we will have our salary bukas...Hopefully po totoo kasi a lot of times na po kaming pinaghintay sa wala...wla naman din pong naisasagot ng maayos ang aming medical director...most of the old staff po dito nagsabi na if 1 month lng ang ibbigay nla bukas hindi po yun sapat at hindi daw po namin dapat tanggapin...umaabuso na po talaga cla...pangbayad utang na lng po ung 1 mon sahod...plus marami pang kaltas...ang sabi po ay nakarating na po sa King ang aming problema kaya po cguro magpapasahod cla...marami na po kaming hinaingan ng aming problema..ang sabi poy maghintay na lng kami...Im just hoping po na may tutulong sa amin na magfollow-up kasi di nman po kami nakakalabas basta2 dito...and we dont know kung sino po talaga ang nagsasabi ng totoo at tapat na tutulong sa amin...im saying this kc po maraming beses na nagreklamo ang mga old staff dito noon but wlang nangyayari at paulit-ulit na lng po ang problem dito...dahil nga po ang sabi ay meron clang mga kaibigan sa MOH and even sa Saudi Labor..kayat kahit ilang beses pa clang ireklamo wla din nmang nangyayari at nakakalusot pa rin cla..

Ngayon po marami po sa amin na mga bago ay desididong umuwi na po...yun nga at pababayarin kami ng visa at two way ticket na almost 6000 Sr daw po...talagang humahanap cla ng paraan na hindi makabayad sa amin at mukhang may makukuha pa clang pera..dahil kukulangin pa po yata ang sahod namin dahil sa mga deductions pa...ang sabi po sa amin ng owner ng anchor international manpower services, agency po namin, na if willing kami talaga na umuwi, magtulungan na lng daw po kami...isacrifice na lng po namin ang aming sahod, and he promised us that if we're back na sa Pilipinas, he will help us again to find for new employment...i dont know kung may assurance po talaga ito...kung ako po sanay makauwi kami ng wlang binabayaran at bit2 ang sahod ko na pinaghirapan ko po talaga dito...hindi po napakadali sa akin ang trabaho ko dito lalo na at first time ko po compare po sa ibang kasama ko..kaya po nanghihinayang po ako sa pinaghirapan ko...wla po kaming nilabag sa aming kontrata..ang employer po..and its stated in our contract that the employee can terminate the contract for violations of the terms and conditions of the employment contract..the employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the Philipines..

Sana poy matulungan nyo po kami...If you want to contact me Sir, kung pwede po magset po tayo ng time...my work po kasi is from 9 am-1pm then 5pm-10 pm... i woul prefer po na present din po ang iba ko pong kasamahan to talk with you kasi may ibang info po sila...

    Maraming salamat po! God Bless!

Can anyone help us from this site? I am a Nurse. I prefer to use another name to protect myself for this time.. Ive been here in jeddah for almost eight months. I arrived here together with other nurses last year... I am working for al ansar hospital. we are very unfortunate because the management of this hospital is very cruel. They promised us 1500 SR salary plus 200 Sr food allowanceand free accomodation, free uniforms...Unfortunately, until now they havent given us our Iqama, they deduct from our salary more or less 200 SR every month for water and electricty, they deducted 855 SR for the Saudi Council exam but til now we're not able to take the exam, presently we have 3 mons delayed salary..our last salary was on february but that was for the month of december...unfortunately they dont give our food allowance monthly, they give it to us together with our basic salary...they allowed us to have CASH ADVANCE??? of 200 SR...is it enough esp fo those who need to send money for their families in Philippines? We already complained in the Phil Consulate here in Jeddah but still no news upto now, still on process...the parents of my co-nurse here complained already there in poea, then she will be goin home this 11 but she is obliged to pay for breach of contract and her own fare...are we the one who breached the contract??? should we pay for it??? please help us...we hsve an agency in manila but till now no clear action....

    mr. ibrahim al-ayoubi,
